Request A Safe Transport by Tiger Patrol Security
This service is provided by the LSU Police Department as a courtesy to LSU students, faculty, or staff.
Individuals needing to park or walk on campus after Campus Transit services end at midnight, are encouraged to call LSU Police for a safe courtesy escort:
- You may call the non-emergency line at 225-578-3231
- Use the LSU Shield app and click on the "Request a Safe Transport by LSU PD"
A member of Tiger Patrol Security will be sent to the caller's on-campus location for a courtesy ride to any destination on the LSU campus. Tiger Patrol will be in a fully marked 'Tiger Patrol Security' unit and will introduce him/herself upon arrival. The LSU Police Department will never send a Tiger Patrol member that is not in a fully marked unit.
