Biography

Courtni Guidry serves as Senior Assistant Dean for Student Services at the LSU Manship School of Mass Communication. She brings nearly two decades of experience working with students in higher education and has been a valued member of the Manship School team since 2016. She previously served as an academic counselor at LSU’s College of Humanities & Social Sciences and the College of Science.

Guidry earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Louisiana State University and a Master of Education in counselor education with a concentration in college counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Louisiana.

Her dedication to student success has been recognized through multiple honors, including the LSU Foundation Staff Outstanding Service Award in 2010, the LSU Advisor of the Year Award in 2019, and the inaugural Manship School Staff Award in 2024.
